Oqba Ibn Nafie station is a station on Doha Metro's Red Line and serves Old Airport district.[1]
History
[edit]The station was opened to the public on 8 May 2019 along with 12 other Red Line stations.[2] The station was named after the Arab general Uqba ibn Nafi.
Station facilities
[edit]Facilities in the station include a prayer room and restrooms. There is an ATM and a pharmacy.[1]
Connections
[edit]There are three metrolink lines currently servicing the station:
- M123, which serves the Old Airport area and Nuaija.
- M124, which serves the Old Airport area.
- M125, which serves Al Thumama (East).
