Northstar Group is a Singapore-based private equity fund manager firm dedicated to investments in growth companies in Indonesia and other countries in Southeast Asia to a lesser extent.[1] The firm is partly owned by TPG Capital.[2]

Northstar's investments include Gojek[3] and Indomaret.[4]
