Lydna O'Connell (born in County Galway, 1987) is a health-care worker and Irish camogie player at half-forward for Athenry, winner of Club championship medals in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.[1] She worked her way through Under 14 and Under 16 to adult club medals.[citation needed] She has Connacht club experience and the runners-up medals to go with it.[2] She was vice-captain when her club won a league title in 2008.[citation needed] Linda was in the Ashbourne Cup during her days at UCD. But missed out on medals due to the dominence of UL in the mid-2000s. She is a qualified podiatrist and available to do podiatry based out of the Bon Secours Hospital, Galway.
