- Swiss steak
- A dish of meat, usually beef, that is swissed by rolling or pounding before being braised in a cooking pot of stewed vegetables and seasonings.[2]

- A kind of sweet soy sauce-flavored chicken wings served in some restaurants in Hong Kong.[3]
