Krishna Hari Pushkar
Krishna Hari Pushkar is a Nepali civil servant and the current Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.[1]
He has Master's degree in Public Administration and PhD in Conflict, Peace, and Development Studies from Tribhuvan University. He has received a Hubert Humphrey Fellowship in Human Resource Management at the United States and DAAD Fellowship in Peace and Conflict Studies from Otto Von Guericke University.[2] He is a member of University Grants Commission and senate at Karnali Academy of Health Sciences[3] [4]
He has previously served as the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration. [5][6] [7]
He has worked in various government positions for more than 2 decades.[8] He has also served as Chief District Officer in different districts of Nepal. He was criticised during his tenure as spokesperson of Commission for Investigatione of Abuse of Authority (CIAA). [9]
