Jônt is a restaurant in Washington, D.C., in the United States.[1] Operated by chef Ryan Ratino,[2] the restaurant was established in 2020[3] and has received two Michelin stars.[4] The interior has a 14-seat counter.[5] The menu has included live scallop, Dungeness crab with koshiibuki rice, and dry-aged duck.[6]
