Iwaki-Asakawa Station (磐城浅川駅, Iwaki-Asakawa-eki) is a railway station in the town of Asakawa, Fukushima, Japan operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East).
Lines
[edit]Iwaki-Asakawa Station is served by the Suigun Line, and is located 97.0 rail kilometers from the official starting point of the line at Mito.

[edit]The station has two opposed side platforms connected by a footbridge. However, only one of the platforms is currently in operation. The station is staffed.

History
[edit]Iwaki-Asakawa Station opened on December 4, 1934. The station was absorbed into the JR East network upon the privatization of the Japanese National Railways (JNR) on April 1, 1987.
