Ifedolapo was born on 23 March 1986 and holds a BSc degree in economics from Madonna University and a master's degree in public and international affairs from University of Lagos Nigeria.[8][9]

Career

Ifedolapo started her career in 2011 at Zenith Bank Plc. She has worked at Guaranty Trust Bank Sierra Leone, and at Access Bank Plc as a branch manager. She earned Designed Compliance Professional DCP from Compliance Institute of Nigeria.

She is the founder of Freetown Waste Management Limited, and Free Recycle Limited. She also established Free Impact Foundation, which attracted support from United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.[10][11][12][13][14][15]
