Herman Humwa (8 November 1995) is a Kenyan rugby sevens player who represents Kenya internationally.[1]

Humwa made his Olympic debut representing Kenya at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[2][3] He also competed for Kenya at the 2022 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town.[4][5]

He represented Kenya at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.[6][7]
