George Mathen (artist)

George Mathen, also known as Appupen, is a noted graphic novelist and artist from Bangalore, India.[1][2][3]

His first book "Moonward" was published in 2009. Other books authored by him include: Legends of Halahala, Asyprus: A Dream of Halalhala, The Snake and The Lotus: A Halahala Adventure. Dream Machine is his latest work which is a collaborative project with the author Laurent Daudet.[4]
