Frankie and Annette: The Second Time Around

Frankie & Annette: The Second Time Around is a 1978 American television movie starring Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello. It was a pilot for a potential series. The series was not picked up but the pilot still screened as a standalone special.[1][2]

It was produed by Dick Clark. Funicello said "I thought the show was very funny and had great potential."[3]

Premise

A Vietnam war widow working as a housemother at a girl's college dorm reunites with her old flame, now a failed pop singer.
