English: Five engravings of 17th century fortifications in the North Netherlands, panoramas with armies:
  1. Fort on the island of Texel with the villages Schilt and Den Burg
  2. Frisian Water Line: Baansterschans (Terband/Heerenveen), roads to "Jauer" (Joure?), Heerenveen, Goordijck (Gorredijk) and Leeuwarden.
  3. Frisian Water Line: Fort Slijkenburg, roads to Steenwijk en Wolvega, river de Linde, river de Kuinder (Tjonger), sluis, dikes to de Kuinder, Oldelemmer (Oldelamer) and Wolvega.
  4. Frisian Water Line: Fort Beckaff, Bekhoffschans, road to Diveren (Diever?), river de Linde, road to Albercoop (Oldeberkoop).
  5. Frisian Water Line: Fort at the Blesbrug, Blessebrugschans, road to Steenwijk, river de Linde, dam in the river.
