Eric Oteng (born 20 October 2001) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays for Lahti in Finnish Ykkösliiga.[1]
Club career
[edit]Right to Dream Academy
[edit]Born in Accra, Oteng started his youth career with the Right to Dream Academy.[2]
FC Nordsjælland
[edit]Oteng then joined the Danish side Nordsjælland U19.[3]
Ilves
[edit]Before the 2021 season, Oteng joined the Finish team Ilves.[4] He scored 5 goals over two seasons at the club. He scored his first goal against FC Lahti.[5] He won the Player of the Month award.[6]
Las Vegas Lights FC
[edit]On January 31, 2023, Oteng joined American team Las Vegas Lights.[7]
KPV
[edit]On 26 February 2024, Oteng returned to Finland and signed with Kokkolan Palloveikot (KPV) in the new Finnish third-tier Ykkönen.[8]
Lahti
[edit]On 10 January 2025, Ykkösliiga side FC Lahti announced the signing of Oteng for the 2025 season, in the Finnish second tier.[9]
