Equaldex is an online publication resource on LGBTQ rights.[1][2][3] Subsections of the website are a collaborative knowledge base.[4][5][6]
Equaldex publishes a ranking of LGBT rights by country and territory.[7] As of September 2022, the head of Equaldex is Dan Leveille.[8]

[edit]This is the list of best (and worst) countries for LGBT rights according to the Equaldex score.
- Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Malta, Canada, Uruguay, the Netherlands, Andorra, Spain, Chile, Germany and Brazil are the best countries to be LGBT. Argentina, Mexico, Finland and Greece are also among the best countries to be LGBT.
- Afghanistan, Brunei, Iran, Oman, Somalia, Nigeria, Qatar, Palestine, Mauritania, Yemen, Gambia and Eritrea are the worst countries to be LGBT. The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Senegal and Uganda are also among the worst countries to be LGBT.
