  • Comment: Rejecting again after reviewing the two new sources: the Today Show and local NBC videos. Both rely on the what those involved with the business say with little to no independent commentary/analysis so are primary sources and not independent. Typically the best sources for a restaurant are independent in-depth critical reviews by reputable critics/publications. The closest is Business Insider but multiple sources are needed that meet all four WP:NCORP criteria. S0091 (talk) 20:01, 15 January 2025 (UTC)

Venhue is a fine dining restaurant located in the East Village neighborhood of Alphabet City.

History

[edit]

After soft openings in September 2023, the restaurant officially opened October 2023.[1]

The Today Show considered the concept to be one of the "biggest food and beverage trends for 2025".[2]

[edit]

The dining experience consists of a six-course tasting menu with accompanying beverage pairings. Artificial intelligence contributes to the development of the menu, refinement of pairings, and the restaurant's aesthetic design.[3][4]

Examples of the restaurant's dining experience include pouring sauce onto guests' plates using a toy slide, allowing guests to 'graffiti' their plates, and serving fine wines in dollhouse-sized wine glasses.[5]
