[edit]

The total area of Tashkent City Mall is 245,000 m², with 100,000 m² dedicated to retail space, making it one of the largest shopping centers in Central Asia. The mall accommodates over 300 tenants, including international and local brands. Its modern facilities include an entertainment area covering 4,500 m², a cinema spanning 5,800 m², cafes and restaurants occupying 15,100 m², and a state-of-the-art fitness club over an area of 3,300 m².[2]

The mall also features a 9,000 m² fashion gallery that houses 23 luxury and premium brands. The gallery seamlessly integrates with a hotel and residential apartments, offering a unique lifestyle and shopping experience. This state-of-the-art mall has attracted international attention, including from Saudi-based Cenomi Retail, which has launched multiple global brands such as Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, and Stradivarius within the complex.[5]
