Tales of Grimace is an indie RPG coming to Nintendo Switch and PC Q1 of 2025.[1] The game is published by CRX ENTERTAINMENT.[2]
Plot
[edit]The events of the game take place as a theatrical play. The story follows Yi Ping, after his mother is killed by an evil cult known as the Maluum, he embarks on a quest to free the land of Tera from their evil oppression. He is joined by characters: Hera, Zinon, and Ronan. Who each have their own respective reason for wanting to take down the Maluum.[3]
Development
[edit]The majority of the game's team and development took place in Cairns, Australia. The game is written and directed by Savas Savidis, who also voices the main character, Yi Ping. Joining him in the main voice cast are: Bianca Cheng as Hera, Rhett Kerr as Zinon, Tiago Flores as Ronan, and Ben Foran as Commander Cerritulus. The lead developer on the game is Marcello Brocker, and illustrations are done Hannah Pett.[4]
