Taijae Evans (December 26, 1988 – ) an American lawyer best known for his work in the United States Navy as a Judge Advocate General.

Early years

Taijae was born in Canton, Ohio, graduated from Canton South High School, and gained early recognition as a football player leading the high school to a playoff win against the Licking Valley Panthers, led by former Ohio State University football player Storm Klein. He enrolled at Kent State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice in 2013. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army for four years as a signal intelligence analyst, and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Intelligence Operations from Chochise College and a Master of Science degree from Boston University in Criminal Justice. In 2017, he continued his educational pursuits, earning a Juris Doctorate from University of Wisconsin Law School. Upon graduation, he commissioned in the Navy’s prestigious Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he continues to practice law.

Honors and awards

During the course of his career, Taijae has earned considerable recognition. He is authorized to wear the Joint Service Commedndation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal (gold star in lieu of 2nd award), Army Achievement Medal (gold star in lieu of 4th award), and the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.
