Sebastian Eilert Architecture (S.E.A.) is a boutique architecture and interior design firm based in Miami, Florida, specializing in sustainable residential and boutique hospitality projects.

Founded in 2006 by Sebastian Eilert, the firm emphasizes a holistic design approach, integrating quality, durability, and sustainability. S.E.A. utilizes 3D visualization and modeling software, enabling clients to virtually experience designs prior to construction.

Notable Projects • Shadowbox Residence: A 3,600 sq ft future-proofed iconic new residence in Miami Beach, Florida, completed in March 2021.  • Torres Residence: A renovation project featuring a semi-commercial kitchen with dual cooktops, completed in June 2020.  • South Miami Residence: A new build crafted in the Contemporary Key West style, completed in December 2019.
