Rev. Allama Dr. Tariq Masih Chaudhary[3] (born March 6, 1968, in Bathanawala Village, Narowal District, Punjab, Pakistan) is a distinguished Christian leader, evangelist, gospel singer, author, composer, and broadcaster. He is the founder and chairman of Heavenly Kingdom Church Ministries[1] and HK Television[2] (Heavenly Kingdom Television), Pakistan's first Christian satellite television channel broadcasting internationally.
Early Life and Education
[edit]Tariq Masih[3] was born into a Christian family in a rural village in Punjab, Pakistan. He pursued higher education and earned multiple Master’s degrees, including M.A. Urdu, M.A. Political Science, M.A. History, M.A. Punjabi From University of the punjab , and a Doctor of Ministry (M.Div) From Gujranwala Theological Seminary. His academic achievements reflect his dedication to theological studies and spiritual leadership.
Ministry Career
[edit]In 1996, Tariq Masih[3] began his pastoral journey by undergoing training with The Salvation Army[4]. For nearly 20 years, he played an active role in evangelism, community service, and organizing faith-based initiatives across Pakistan.
In 2015, he resigned from The Salvation Army to establish the Heavenly Kingdom Church Ministries[1], which officially launched on May 25, 2015. The ministry[1] focuses on nationwide evangelistic efforts, including crusades and gospel conventions, drawing large gatherings to spread the Christian faith.
On July 10, 2018, Tariq Masih[3] expanded his ministry by founding HK Television[2]. The satellite[5] channel streams Christian programming internationally, providing a platform to share the Gospel globally and promote Christian teachings.
Contributions to Music
[edit]Tariq Masih is also a talented gospel singer, songwriter, and composer. He has released five gospel music albums containing over 50[6] songs[7], all of which he wrote and composed. His music is celebrated for its spiritual depth and contribution to Christian worship in Pakistan.
