Recht auf Vergessen I und II (6. November 2019 —–1 BVvR 16/13 and 1 BVvR 276/17) are two decisions by the Bundesverfassungsgericht which extended the regiment of norms which it applies to include Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union under some circumstances.[1]
