Peter Hernandez (born mid-1970s) is an American businessman and politician from Hollister, California.
In 2018, he ran to become a member of the San Benito County Board of Supervisors. He was elected and served one term.
Hernandez ran as a Republican candidate in 2022 and 2024 for the U.S. House of Representatives in California's 18th district, winning his party's nomination both times but losing in the general election to incumbent Democrat Zoe Lofgren.[2][3]
