Creation

[edit]

He made his literary debut in 2000 with the collection of poems Piece of my heart. In 2017, he published his first novel with the character Kornel Karovič, an investigative photographer-detective.[3] It was called Beasts and Hyenas, and then several sequels were released.[4] In 2023, he published a factual autobiographical novel with elements of fiction called Villa of Roses.[5][6] As a film director, he made two feature-length documentaries with wide acclaim. Tereza - The Charge of Love[7] is a documentary about a mother's love for a disabled daughter, and the documentary Footprints - Fights in Banská Štiavnica[8] is about a grandfather, a hero of the resistance and a democratic politician. Both films had their festival premiere at IFF Art Film in Košice[9][10]
