Orion Land (Chinese: 東立地產) is a medium-sized real estate developer based in Hong Kong. Formerly part of the SEA Group, founded in 1956 and has a history spanning over 60 years, Orion Land was spun off from the SEA Group in 2017 following a reorganization. The SEA Group is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX: 0251).

Background

Orion Land was established in Hong Kong in 2017[1] and was previously listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. The company has developed several real estate projects in Hong Kong, including the luxury residential [2][3]projects Ansaldo[4] in Shouson Hill and SOLACE[5] in Stanley, as well as a residential project in Tak Cheong Lane, Yau Ma Tei. Projects such as SOLACE and Ansaldo have received multiple architectural design awards.
