[edit]Orion Land [1]( Chinese : 東立地產) is a privately owned property and investment group based in Hong Kong. It was founded by Lincoln Lu (Chinese: 呂聯勤) in 2017 and renamed in 2018. The company focus on the development and investments, with projects including Ansaldo in Shouson Hill, SOLACE in Stanley and the Tak Cheong Lane in Kowloon.
Previously known as Asian Growth Properties, this company was publicly listed on the London AIM market before being privatized in December 2017.[2]

Ansaldo in Shouson Hill, developed by Orion Land, initially comprised four terrace houses. In 2017, Orion Land acquired the land for HK$450 million. [3]The project was completed in 2021 and featured three detached houses, with usable areas ranging from 4,004 sq. ft. to 5,132 sq. ft. It was officially launched on the market in 2024.
In 2020, Orion Land purchased No.52 & 54 of Stanley Village Road, developing it into the SOLACE projec[4][5][6]t, which consists of six detached houses with usable areas between 2,496 sq. ft. and 2,787 sq. ft. This project was completed in 2023. In early 2024, a well known buyer “ Boardway Family “ [7]acquired one of the buildings by transferring company shares for HK$175 million, resulting in a price per square foot of approximately HK$62,700.
In January 2023, Orion Land acquired land on Tak Cheong Lane in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon. The 3,690 sq. ft. building site will accommodate approximately 80 studio flat and one-bedroom residential units. Completion is anticipated at the end of 2027.[8]
