noblocc is a free web proxy service that provides an interface to search the web through proxy servers. It is run on funds gained by donations and online advertising. As of the 19th of December 2024, noblocc has 4 proxy servers based in the United Kingdom and the United States, with a combined throughput of up to 13 Gbit/s.

History
[edit]noblocc development started in December 2022.[1] and was publicly launched on the 12th of January 2023[2][3] under the URL of noblo.cc and a version number of v1.0.0. It included features such as: user tracking, multi-server support and automatic server selection based on user ping and location.
In March 2023[4], v2.0.0 was released, adding features like queuing and fixes to the tracking system.
On the 30th of October 2023[5], v3.0.0 was released, adding a US based server to improve the experience of users not based in Europe. Version 3 would go through many changes in its lifetime, adding features like new servers[6] and seasonal theming[7].
v.4.0.0 was released on the 14th of April 2024[8] and is the most major version change made to noblocc so far. It included a complete re-code of noblocc, a Google Chrome like interface and customisation improvements, among other features. A public beta for v4.0.0 was launched on the 10th of April 2024[9], under the name b4.0.0. It was released with the aim of removing bugs before the public release. Since Version 4's public release, many minor changes have been made like adding themes[10] and improving protection against DDoS attacks[11]
