Based in New York, she specializes in intercultural communication and strategic presentation coaching. She is the first Japanese recipient of the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association and has also performed as a TEDx speaker.

After graduating from university, Lipschutz worked in the steel and pulp & paper division at Itochu International in New York. She then earned her MBA from New York University and interned at McKinsey & Company as a summer associate in 2001. In 2004, she founded Aspire Intelligence™ to support companies in their strategic growth as a cultural translator. In 2014, she established Breakthrough Speaking™ to focus on developing global leaders.。

She is also a breast cancer survivor and dedicates herself to maintaining her health and personal growth.
