Najat El Jebari (Arabic: نجاة الجباري) is the first woman to have worked in the OCP's phosphate mines, in 1991 as the Director of Planning and Excavation, in Morocco.[2][3] Najat currently holds the title of General Director Deputy at Intelcia Group since 2010. [4]

Najat is also included in Jeune Afrique's "Top 50 of the most powerful women [directors] from the french-speaking Africa", in which she is ranked 29th.[5][6]
