Milena Mondini de Focatiis Milena Mondini de Focatiis is an Italian business executive who currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Admiral Group, a UK-based financial services company primarily focused on insurance and price comparison services. She became the CEO in January 2021, succeeding David Stevens. Milena Mondini de Focatiis has been instrumental in driving Admiral's strategy, innovation, and international growth.

Early Life and Education Milena was born in Naples, Italy. She studied at the University of Naples Federico II, where she earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering. She later pursued further education in Fontainebleau, France and Singapore at INSEAD, obtaining an MBA. Her diverse educational background has shaped her leadership style and her ability to navigate complex business challenges.

Career Early Career Mondini de Focatiis began her career in consulting, working for Bain & Company.
