Mein The 2023 Pakistani drama television series, produced by Fahad Mustafa and Ali Kazmi under the banner of Big Bang Entertainment, revolves around two people from upper-class families whose paths cross, leading to romance and a tumultuous marriage. Although the series received negative reviews regarding its storyline, Ayeza Khan's performance as a woman with bipolar disorder was noted. It aired on August 8, 2023, and concluded on February 3, 2024, spanning 32 episodes. Despite the mixed reviews, it was the highest-rated show of 2023. [1][2][3][4]
Plot
[edit]Zaid is the son of a powerful and scheming businessman forced married to Mubashira, Asif's divorced pampered daughter as he had feelings for middle-class Ayra . Their relationship is doomed due to family feuds and Mubashira's bipolar disorder as well as the greed of both families.

[edit]Sadaf Haider of Dawn wrote on Dawn about Ayeza Khan's performance as a spoiled and arrogant Mubashara who struggled with her personal life and was mistreated around her and felt that Wahaj Ali was miscast. and praised Shehzad Nawaz's performance as Zaid's greedy father.[8] [9][10]
