Almost all American presidents have issued pardons to a variety of people for a variety of reasons. After Pres. Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter Biden, there were false allegations about previous presidents pardoning relatives, George H.W. Bush, Jimmy Carter, and Pres. Woodrow Wilson.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]
