Overview

Lami Packaging (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., or Lamipak, was officially established on November 27, 2014. It primarily engages in the printing of packaging decoration printed matter and the production of paper-aluminum-plastic multi-layer composite aseptic high-barrier food soft packaging materials, among other services.Lami Packaging has a registered capital of RMB 1,379,500,000.^[1]

Lately, Lami Packaging (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. initiated trial production for its Phase II project, which is anticipated to produce 18 billion units of aseptic liquid food packaging materials annually, with an estimated annual sales revenue of RMB 3 billion. The company's products and services have reached over 300 customers in more than 70 countries globally. Moreover, the planning for Lami Packaging's Phase III project is in progress. It is expected to be completed by October 2025, adding an annual production line capable of producing approximately 11 billion aseptic liquid packages. This will increase the total annual production of aseptic liquid food packaging materials to 39 billion units and paper straws to 4 billion, with a projected annual sales revenue of RMB 7 billion.^[2]^[3]

Indonesia Factory

Lami Packaging's first overseas factory, located in Serang District, Indonesia, will be the first in the country to produce aseptic packaging. Covering a land area of 165,200 square meters and a production floor of 55,079 square meters, the facility is designed to support production of up to 18 billion packs annually in two phases. It incorporates Industry 4.0 technology and energy-efficient systems aligned with LEED certification standards.^[4] ^[5]
