Kacey Margo (born 10 October 1996) is an American runway model, teacher and television personality, best known for starring on Bravo Reality Televison's Real Girlfriends in Paris[1]. Born in Santa Monica, California, he attended Harvard Westlake School, then Sarah Lawrence College where she first studied, fell in love with and truly developed a passion for French language and culture[2]. After graduating and moving to Paris for a Foreign-Language Assistant position, she developed an immediate passion for her social media career as she quickly attracted attention online and from Bravo producers after going viral on TikTok for sharing her Emily in Paris-type lifestyle[3]. Her appearance on Real Girlfriends in Paris brought her numerous collaborative and ambassadorial roles, and runway and print modeling opportunities.

[edit]Kacey Margo Wilson was born on 10 October 1996[4] in Santa Monica, California, to Alan Wilson and Elizabeth Seaton. Kacey lived with her parents as well as her siblings; her older brother Austin Wilson and her younger sister. Alan hails from Houston, Texas, and Elizabeth is from Seattle, Washington, and they both have Master of Business Administration degrees from Harvard University[5]. According to a Distractify report, she is very close with her father, quoted to claim him as "the best dad of them all.[6]"
She began studying French at age 12 at the prep academy Harvard Westlake School[6], then continued to advance her french studies after in Paris with a year abroad at Reid Hall. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in 2019 with a dual bachelor's degree in French and Early Childhood Education. She worked as a docent and artist assistant at LACMA while she was studying french art history in college. After college, she moved to Paris to follow in her grandmothers footsteps of becoming a teacher. She taught english at a high school in Le Mée-sur-Seine for 2 years[3][1].

[edit]Real Girlfriends in Paris is a spin-off of the popular Real Housewives franchise that premiered on Bravo on September 5, 2022[7] and is streaming on Peacock and AppleTV+. The show follows Kacey and 5 other young American women in their 20s as they navigate life in Paris. The cast includes both newcomers to the city and those who have lived in Paris for varying lengths of time. Kacey is portrayed as a pro since she's fluent in french and has been there on and of since 2016[8]. On the show, Kacey is seen shopping for fresh baguettes and cheese with her costars, tutoring english lessons, trying on haute couture clothes, attending professional handball matches, speed dating in fluent French and trying to navigate the difficult process of extending her visa[9][10].
Subsequent Media and Modeling Career
[edit]Since appearing on Real Girlfriends in Paris, Kacey has been interviewed for dating advice by The New York Times[2] and Hollywood Life[11], and scouted by designers like Tony Ward and Nicola Formichetti to come to their fashion shows and even walk in some[12]. Her tall stature makes her a great candidate for not just modeling, but specifically walking the runway as she continues to do each spring and fall Paris Fashion Week.
