The Justice for All Party was first announced on Cornel West's campaign website on January 31st, with the primary goal of the party to gain signatures for ballot access in the states "like North Carolina, Florida, and Washington."[1] Spokesperson for the campaign Edwin DeJesus stated that the party would be having a convention sometime in 2024.[7]
