Prof. Joel Mark P. Rodriguez comes from Rizal Technological University with his Master in Business Administration (MBA) and is also a licensed professional teacher. He is, at present, pursuing his doctorate in business administration at Lyceum-Northwestern University as well as a master's degree in public administration at Philippine Christian University. Prof. Rodriguez teaches human resource, operations, entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing management and does research work coming from a broad academic and professional background. He is also the present head of the Human Resource Records Management at Rizal Technological University, in charge of process compliance and employee data. An active faculty member, he also teaches risk management, operations management, and financial management, among others.

His research interest areas include job attitude, supply chain management, and financial literacy. His publication outputs appeared in a number of highly rated journals. Besides his experience in these domains, Prof. Rodriguez had also lectured as a guest speaker on topics on Total Quality Management and Human Resource Technology Trends. A dedicated professional intends to make relevant contributions academically as well as in the business world by pursuing interests in academic research, practical application, and a keen desire for learning.
