Submission declined on 4 January 2025 by AlphaBetaGamma (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of web content). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Jakten på den stora nöten (The Hunt for the Big Nut) is a Swedish platformer developed and published by Sveriges Television (SVT). Released in 2004 on the children's website Bolibompa, it features platforming, puzzle-solving, and interactive elements typical of early 2000s Flash games.[1]
Gameplay
[edit]Players control a squirrel named Alf across 13 levels, each requiring navigation of platforms and collection of nuts.[1] Puzzles often involve timing jumps and avoiding hazards. The first 12 levels require collecting all scattered nuts to unlock a door. In the 13th stage, Alf must locate the “Big Nut” to complete the game.
Development and Release
[edit]The game was developed by the SVT Technical Team, which specialized in creating digital content for SVT’s children’s section.[2] Built using Flash, it was prominently featured on Bolibompa in 2004.[1] Other Flash-based titles were also produced by this team around the same period.
Discontinuation
[edit]By late 2020, Adobe ceased supporting Flash. SVT announced that its classic Flash games, including Jakten på den stora nöten, would be removed from the Bolibompa website.[3] Discussion on platforms like Reddit focused on how to preserve these games before their removal.[4] Similar efforts for other Bolibompa games, documented in Swedish media, gathered thousands of supporters urging SVT to keep the games accessible.[5]
