The "Influenc-SIR Lodge" is a community-driven organization dedicated to the personal and professional development of young boys and men. Its mission is to empower men to lead, create, and inspire through mentorship, collaboration, and targeted resources. The organization focuses on key areas such as leadership development, financial literacy, personal wellness, community engagement, and STEM education.
Our History
The concept of Influenc-SIR was founded in 2024 by Brilann Coleman, black female CEO and Founder of the BSOY Foundation, in collaboration with her father, Carlos Coleman. At just 24 years old, Brilann had already made a significant impact by establishing the "Influenc-HER Community", a personal and professional development community designed to uplift and empower young women and girls.
The success of the Influenc-HER Community inspired a wave of requests from young boys and men who desired a similar space tailored to their needs. In response, Brilann partnered with her father to create Influenc-SIR, a dynamic community that fosters leadership, mentorship, and personal growth for boys and men of all ages.
The initiative reflects Brilann's commitment to fostering positive change across genders and creating platforms where individuals can thrive, connect, and lead in their personal and professional lives.
The inaugural event, the Influenc-SIR "Boys 2 Men" Retreat, will take place in September 2025 and aims to connect attendees with influential mentors, provide educational workshops, and foster a supportive network.
Influenc-SIR Lodge actively partners with industry leaders and public figures to create impactful programs that encourage innovation and leadership within the community.
