Indraneel Chakraborty is an economist and Chairman of the Department of Finance at the University of Miami's Herbert Business School. He is most known for his economic publications that have been featured in mainstream news sources such as The Economic Times. Furthermore, Indraneel Chakraborty is a highly regarded graduate and undergraduate professor. The man also holds six patents related to Bluetooth technology.

Indraneel Chakraborty received a Bachelor's of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Guwahati in 2001. He graduated as President of India Gold Medalist for having the highest GPA at his university.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology

He also received a Master's in Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT in 2003.

The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

In 2010, Indraneel Chakraborty achieved a PhD in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
