The Ibero-American Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Services (AICO) is a private, international, non-profit entity that includes the most representative Chambers of Commerce from twenty-three Ibero-American countries,[1] similar corporations, and companies. The decision to create the Association was made during the 1st Meeting of Ibero-American Chambers of Commerce, Industry, and Associations, held in Mexico City in 1974, and its formal constitution took place in Madrid in 1975.[2] AICO has worked tirelessly to strengthen business and trade ties in the region, facilitating economic development and investment both among Ibero-American countries and with non-regional countries that are part of it.

The main objective of AICO is to foster sustainable economic growth and regional integration through international trade.
