- Comment: This article can not be accepted in this shape. Please see WP:CITEBOMB fixed the too many refs. Use only necessary refs, and also, cite your sources just after the claim that it verifies. Also, using statements like
Weerasooriya famously had his chambers on the esplanade outside the Galle High court, which is a famous location inside the Galle Fort.
is considered promotional. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 08:00, 10 November 2023 (UTC)

- Comment: Hi. I'm sorry, but none of the sourcing here helps the subject meet our general notability guidelines. The sources presented here either mention Hubert Weerasooriya in passing, don’t mention him at all, or are written by him. We also cannot use genealogy websites. We need *significant* coverage in notable media outlets or by notable publishers. Examples: magazine and newspaper reviews and features about Hubert Weerasooriya specifically; books written ABOUT Hubert Weerasooriya; television and radio features ABOUT Hubert Weerasooriya. If those are available, please improve this submission. If not, then it appears to be WP:TOOSOON for Hubert Weerasooriya to have their own Wikipedia article. I hope you will consider improving existing Wikipedia content about other subjects of interest! If you have any questions please ask them at WP:TEAHOUSE. Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia!
