Critical reception

[edit]

Patricia Jones of AXS named it the seventh best Three Days Grace song, remarking "The ultimate breakup song. Have an ex that gave you hell? Ever get to thinking about how it all went down? Happy as f**k that it’s over? Then this is the song for you. It’s a deceptively smooth listen, where you find yourself singing along before you realize what you’re saying."[4] Corwin Egbert of Daily Vault stated, "its sentiment is something that a lot of people in abusive relationships need to hear."[5]
