Notable Cases

The 10-month-old puppy died due to suffocation after a United Airlines flight attendant insisted that the canine’s carrier be stored in the overhead bin. Kokito was found dead upon arrival when plane landed at N.Y.C.’s LaGuardia Airport.[8] In May 2018, Oshan reached a settlement with the airline on behalf of the family which is to remain confidential.
