Charles Minty is an artist who creates oil paintings representing landscapes and life in the City of Bath in the county of Somerset, England. He has also painted pictures at the Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and the Coronation of King Charles III.

Charles is known for the practise of painting outside en plein air.

Charles lives in Great Hinton in Wiltshire.
