Cambridge Maths School is a maths school located on Mill Road in Cambridge, England. Established in 2023, the school is designed for students aged 16 to 19 who demonstrate a strong aptitude and passion for mathematics and related subjects.[1]
The school was developed in partnership with the University of Cambridge and is operated by the Eastern Learning Alliance, a multi-academy trust based in Cambridgeshire. The school's mission includes increasing diversity within the field of mathematics by attracting students from underrepresented groups, including female students, students from minority ethnic backgrounds, and those from disadvantaged educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.[2]
All students at Cambridge Maths School study A-levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics, alongside either one or two of A-level Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, and Biology.
