Submission declined on 9 July 2022 by Lil-unique1 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). - Comment: Article still has formatting and prose issues which mean it is not written in an encyclopedic style. Refer to MOS:CAPS, swap the order of the lists to match other articles (oldest > newest instead of vice versa), and ensure that the article is backed up by sources which demonstrate the independent notability of Gladwin, not just as part of Back to Back. Turnagra (talk) 08:54, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: The article needs reformatting to meet encyclopaedic standards. For example, remove non-necessary capitalisations per MOS:CAPS, make sure all material is supported by non-primary sources and better coverage that explains beyond the director's work. >> Lil-unique1 (talk) — 23:07, 9 July 2022 (UTC)
