From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

3D Cityplanner is a web-based urban planning platform.

History and operations

[edit]

3D Cityplanner was initially launched as The Urban Developer in 2006, the platform was redeveloped in 2016 using Unity3D. It was developed by StrateGis Groep BV, based in Amersfoort, Netherlands. It enables users to create 3D urban models, simulate traffic and environmental impacts, and visualize planning scenarios. It supports GIS and OGC standards, making it widely used in urban planning and environmental assessments.[1][2][3]
