Chikhirtma (Georgian: ჩიხირთმა, pronounced [t͡ʃʰiχiɾtʰma]) is a traditional Georgian soup. Chikhirtma is described as a soup almost completely without a vegetable base.[1] It is made with chicken broth, thickened with beaten eggs (or only yolks).
