I am wondering if it would not be more appropriate to name this something else. This is labeling people as 'rapist' which has an independant meaning of someone who is convicted for rape, who may be a rapist or may be someone wrongfully accused of rape. If this category name is kept, it would lead to pretty much everyone being removed from the list due to lack of verifiability due to the privatization of court records.
