No, because not all the entries in the attacks on b&s cats took place inside. Some consisted of bombs being detonated outside, which wouldn't fit the description if on was replaced with in. They're attacks in which b/s were targeted - often in combination with people & things inside being targeted. Jim Michael (talk) 15:56, 20 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
