There are two ways to determine if an actor belongs in this category:

1) The actor was born in Chicago.
2) The actor was not born in Chicago, but lived in Chicago for a period of time.

Which method is applied here?

Also, I see a few names are followed by the word (actor) in parentheses. Why is this necessary if by the definition of the list, every name is that of an actor?
