This category contains articles related to the flora of Sakhalin. It includes flora taxa that are native to Sakhalin. Taxa of the lowest rank are always included. Higher taxa are included only if endemic.

For the purposes of this category, "Sakhalin" is defined in accordance with the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions. That is, the geographic region known as Sakhalin is defined by the island and not the political boundaries of Sakhalin Oblast. This category excludes the flora of the Kuril Islands, which should instead be placed in Category:Flora of the Kuril Islands.
